Lodge History

Nore Lodge № 3610 was consecrated in 1912 and is very proud of its long history and healthy membership. Our members come from a wide variety of professions and all walks of life, and very much enjoy their Freemasonry and the camaraderie within the Lodge.

Lodge meetings are held during the afternoon and evening on the 2nd Saturday in February, March, April, October and December each year. This is especially useful to those wishing to become a Freemason and attend meetings without the need to take time off work during the week.

Lodge of Instruction (LoI) meets every Wednesday evening, usually commencing at 7.45pm. LoI is normally informal and a chance for the brethren to learn more about freemasonry and masonic rituals and customs.

In addition to our regular Lodge meetings, the events committee organises a number of fund-raising events and social activities throughout the year, most of which are non-Masonic and can be attended by family and friends.
